Better sleep

We (and our kids) love this sleep trainer clock. We purchased two for an 8yo and a 4yo and we have them set for awake time - 6am and bedtime 7pm. The kids find them easy to understand and are no longer fighting bedtime or getting up at ridiculous hours in the early morning (5am, 4am or even 3am) ready to start the day. During the night the clock is blue (brightness can changed) and there is a little moon. And during the day the clock is yellow (again, brightness can be changed) and a sun displays. I also like that the clock can be locked so that little hands can’t play around with the settings.
