How do I join The Feel Good Club?

I receive emails from The Memo, am I a Feel Good Club member?
Not necessarily. You can subscribe to receive emails from The Memo, however to join the loyalty program you must create an account online with a password.
While you don’t need to be subscribed to emails to be a Feel Good Club member, we recommend you subscribe to ensure you receive loyalty program communications and perks.

How is my tier status calculated?
Program tier status is based solely on your spend over the 12 month period to date, using the email address registered with your Feel Good Club account.
Upon reaching the next tier spend threshold, you will enter the new tier and retain the tier status for 12 months.
Upon return of an item, the spend amount applied to the program tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account and tier status may be adjusted accordingly.
The criteria for entering each Tier are as follows and are subject to change at any time.

Do I need to be a Feel Good Club member to create a Gift Registry?
Yes, to use our Gift Registry service you will first need to create a Feel Good Club account.
While you don’t need to be subscribed to emails to use our Gift Registry service, we recommend you subscribe to ensure you receive Registry updates, notifications and your 15% off discount code to use on any remaining items on your Registry.
I forgot to use my voucher code. Can my voucher discount be applied after I have placed my order?
Voucher codes can not be applied to pre-existing orders. Your Little and Big Tier welcome vouchers are single use and remain available for you until they are redeemed. Simply log into your account to see the perks available for you to use on your next purchase.
My voucher code is not working
Ensure the products in your cart are not excluded from the voucher T&Cs, and there are no other offers or discounts applying to items in your cart.

Loyalty status can only be accumulated through 1 email account, so please ensure you are logged into your preferred Feel Good Club account to enjoy all the perks of being a member and have your orders listed in one place. Purchases via separate email accounts are not able to be added to your main account.
