Designed by a midwife, these disposable maternity underwear are perfect for your postpartum period and replace the need for bulky pads. Think undies that can be worn once and are absorbent and leak-free. Whether you birth via caesarean or vaginally, you’ll undoubtedly experience bleeding after birth called lochia. For the first few days, it’s like a heavy period and then will reduce, typically lasting for four to six weeks. These disposable undies are great for accidents, leaks, and unexpected bodily functions after birth.

One for the hospital bag. You can even use these in your final days before bub arrives to catch your mucus plug and waters.
