Mere Botanicals Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea is a beautiful and natural way to support a healthy pregnancy and strengthen and tone the uterus in preparation for childbirth. Raspberry Leaf is known to support and strengthen uterine health post birth, and can be enjoyed as a daily ritual from 32 weeks. Simply place one teaspoon of the dried herb tea into an infuser, tea pot or plunger, add a cup of freshly boiled water and leave for 5-10 minutes before straining and drinking.

Great quality tea

Great quality organic tea, it is loose leaf so you’ll need a steeping cup, whole packet lasts quite a while as you only need one teaspoon per serving.

Delicious tea

Delicious tea - Happily drank x1-x3 times a day to prepare for birth. Enjoyable and easy to drink, not tangy like other raspberry leaf teas. Would definitely order again.
