This is an ease-into-labour product only. An essential oil, Clary Sage is a natural uterotonic, meaning it can cause contractions of the uterus, making it a natural method to improve the effectiveness of contractions in labour. It can also promote relaxation during labour as it calms the nervous system and acts as a form of pain relief. Some women use Clary Sage Oil to naturally induce labour or to improve the effectiveness of their contractions. This therapeutic blend of essential oils Clary Sage and Cinnamon Bark in a Coconut Oil base will help soothe and calm during labour. Simply to pressure points (think wrists, belly, soles of feet) from 40 weeks or when labour starts.

Can be used together with the Malo. Himalayan Salt Massage Ball during labour on pressure points to help calm & ease stress. Only use from 40 weeks or when labour starts. Do not inhale earlier than 40 weeks.
